Robert C. Liden (PhD, University of Cincinnati) is a professor of management at University of Illinois at Chicago and the former Chair of the Organizational Behavior Division at the Academy of Management. He teaches organizational behavior and human resources management. Prof. Liden’s research focuses on interpersonal processes as they relate to such topics as leadership, groups, and employment interviews. He has over 60 publications in leading management and psychology journals.
