Mr. Bolchover, Joshua Paul,
Professional Consultant, Department of
Architecture,
is a Professional
Consultant at The Chinese University in Hong Kong and has previously
taught architecture at London Metropolitan University, Cambridge
University and the Architectural Association. He co-founded the
curatorial, architectural design agency Newbetter in 2002. Recent
projects include “Get it Louder” –a touring exhibition in China,
“Airspace: What skyline does London want”, and “Hydan”, a
collaboration with the artist Neal Rock. Joshua was a local curator
for the Manchester-Liverpool section of Shrinking Cities between
2003-5. He has collaborated with Raoul Bunschoten, Chora since 2003
working on strategic urban projects in difficult urban locations
such as the Thames Gateway and the Taiwan Strait. He worked with
Diller + Scofidio in New York compiling and designing the book
“Blur: the making of nothing”. He was educated at Cambridge
University and at the Bartlett School of Architecture. |
