Prof. Leung, Ka Nang Alex
received the B.Eng., M.Phil., and Ph.D. degrees, in Electrical and
Electronic Engineering, from The Hong Kong University of Science and
Technology. His Ph.D. research area is power-management integrated
circuits in CMOS technology. He joined the Department of Electronic
Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, in September 2005,
as an Assistant Professor. He was a Visiting Assistant Professor in
the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, The Hong
Kong University of Science and Technology. His current research
interests include power-management integrated circuits for wireless
telecommunication, bio-medical filter design and CMOS image sensor.
In addition, he is a technical paper reviewer of IEEE journals and
international conferences. In 1996, Prof. Leung received a Best
Teaching Assistant Award from the Department of Electrical and
Electronic Engineering, Hong Kong University of Science and
Technology. In 2007, he received the Department Exemplary Teaching
Award, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He was the recipient of
the 2003 Young Scientist Awards of the Hong Kong Institution of
Science. |
