Prof. Lin, Zhi Xiu, BSc.
(Guangzhou Coll. Of TCM), PhD (Lond), is an Assistant Professor in
the School of Chinese Medicine. His research interests are in the
areas of isolation of biologivally active chemical constituents from
traditional Chinese herbs, as well as evaluation of the
effectiveness of Chinese medical interventions including herbal
medicine, and acupuncture and moxibustion using evidence-based
