Notes: 1. The administrative fee covers orientation, a welcome lunch, a farewell dinner and textbooks, but does NOT cover the weekend cultural activities.
  2. The hostel fee covers air-conditioning and simple bedding but does not include a meal plan.
  3. Hong Kong residents who have the right of abode or right to land in Hong Kong normally do not need a visa for travel to mainland China, but a valid home-visit permit ¡]¦^¶mµý¡^. Entry visas to mainland China, if required, are to be paid for and arranged by students themselves before coming to Hong Kong.
  4. The Beijing tour will proceed if there are enough participants. Confirmation will be available by the end of the application period on 31 May 2013. Students who need air-tickets between Hong Kong and Beijing will pay HK$5,500; those who arrange their own air-tickets for the tour will pay a reduced tour fee of HK$4,000.
  5. All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. The caution money and hostel deposit will be refunded within one month after the programme ends if there is no outstanding payment. If the Beijing tour cannot proceed, the tour fee will be refunded to students.
