Social cultural activities will be held on Saturdays to help international students discover Chinese heritage as well as the unique culture and system of each of the three cities: Hong Kong, Macau and Shenzhen.

Shenzhen is the first and one of the most successful special economic zones in China. It has transformed itself within 30 years from a small fishing village to a city with the second highest GDP in China.

International students whose China visa is not available for the Shenzhen day-excursion may join the excursion to Lantau Island, which is the largest island in Hong Kong, on the same day instead. (Please click here for the activity fee description and visa requirement for day excursions)
Local students are welcome and encouraged to join any of the cultural activities by paying a participation fee.
