Application Procedures

Step 1	Create an account in the online application system with a valid e-mail account.
Step 2	Fill in the information required and upload your latest school examination reports. (Students who are also applying for the Fee Reduction should upload the stipulated exam report(s)/ transcript(s) as well.)
Step 3	Submit an online application. After submission, you will receive an e-mail with an application number. Keep this application number and quote it whenever you contact the Office of Summer Programmes.
Step 4	We will contact you for further information if needed through e-mail. Please check your e-mail frequently.
Step 5	Check your application result upon e-mail notification. The result of Fee Reduction is expected to be ready by early April 2013. The result of programme application is expected to be ready by early May 2013.
Step 6	Confirm your enrolment in the programme by settling the total fees payable to CUHK through the Internet or bank transfer within four working days upon acceptance of offer.

Important note:

1.	Incomplete application will not be reviewed. Please make sure all required information is accurate and complete, and all required documents have been uploaded to the system before submission.
2.	Admission to the programme takes place on a rolling basis that you may be accepted to the CUHK Summer Institute before the application deadline. Please check your e-mail frequently.
