Learning about Subjects of Interest
Students will take two academic modules during the programme. These academic modules, which cover topical issues in different fields and are taught by outstanding CUHK teachers, have been designed by various faculties, departments and academic programmes to help students to understand more about their subjects of interest before they consider their university programme choices.
Taste of University Life
Students will attend classes on our beautiful and spacious campus, enjoy the use of our university facilities and participate in a series of carefully planned activities. Moreover, students have a choice of residing on campus in order to gain first-hand experience of what it is really like to live at CUHK.
Activities
A variety of activities will be organized after classes and at weekends, including a three-day-two-night orientation camp and a two-day-one-night graduation camp, academic counselling sessions, talks on admissions and university interview skills, as well as visits to laboratories and academic departments. These help students to be more familiar with the academic programmes and departments in which they are interested. The activities also create opportunities for students to have direct communications with outstanding professors at CUHK.
