Class Attendance
Students shall attend classes as required by the teachers of the modules in which they have enrolled.

Leave of Absence
Students should report all periods of leave and absences, including sick leave and absences from class, to the Office of Summer Programmes. In the case of illness/injury necessitating absence, a medical certificate is needed as documentary evidence.

Dismissal
If a student's behaviour is in breach of the programme regulations, the Office of Summer Programmes reserves the right to dismiss the student from the Summer Institute without any payment of a refund.

Refund Policy
If a student has to cancel his/her application after being admitted, he/she should notify us immediately so that the place can be freed for other applicants on the waiting list. If we receive a written withdrawal request (with the reason for withdrawal being considered justified) from a student by 13 June 2013, 50% of the programme fee paid will be refunded. No refund will be made for requests received after this date.
