Declaration to be included in assignments

Every assignment handed in should be accompanied by a signed declaration as below. For group projects, all students of the same group should be asked to sign the declaration. For assignments in the form of a computer-generated document that is principally text-based and submitted via VeriGuide, the statement, in the form of a receipt, will be issued by the system upon students' uploading of the soft copy of the assignment.  Assignments without the receipt will not be graded by teachers. Only the final version of assignment should be submitted via VeriGuide.

I am submitting the assignment for: □ an individual project or □ a group project. The submission is done on behalf of all members of the group, on the understandng that ALL group members are responsible should there be any plagiarized contents. I declare that the assignment here submitted is original except for source material explicitly acknowledged, the same or closely related material has not been previously submitted for same or different courses, and that the submitted soft copy with details listed in the <Submission Details> is identical to the hard copy(ies), if any, which has(have) been / is(are) going to be submitted. 應包括在提交作業內的聲明

同學提交每份作業須一併提交已簽署的聲明如下。如屬小組作業，則組內各學生均須簽署聲明。如作業以電腦製作、內容以文字為主，並經由大學「維誠」（VeriGuide）系統提交者，學生將作業的電子檔案上載到系統後，便會獲得收據，收據上已列明有關聲明。未有夾附該收據的作業，老師將不予批閱。學生只須提交作業的最終版本。
