Declaration to be included in every assignment handed in

Every assignment handed in should be accompanied by a signed declaration as below. For assignments in the form of a computer-generated document that is principally text-based and submitted via the plagiarism detection engine CUPIDE, the statement, in the form of a receipt, will be issued by the system upon students’ uploading of the soft copy of the assignment.  Assignments without the receipt will not be graded by teachers.

I declare that the assignment here submitted is original except for source material explicitly acknowledged, and that the same or related material has not been previously submitted for another course. I also acknowledge that I am aware of University policy and regulations on honesty in academic work, and of the disciplinary guidelines and procedures applicable to breaches of such policy and regulations, as contained in the website.   Signature Date Name Student ID Course code Course title

應包括在每份提交的作業內的聲明

同學提交每份作業須一併提交已簽署的聲明如下。如作業以電腦製作、內容以文字為主，並經由大學的抄襲偵測系統剽檢通（CUPIDE）提交者，學生將作業的電子檔案上載到系統後，便會獲得收據，收據上已列明有關聲明。未有夾附該收據的作業，老師將不予批閱。
