2. Registration Fee
You may choose to pay the registration fee by one of the following methods:
	Method 1: Cheque/ Bank draft Payment by Mail Registration fee is acceptable via cheque / bank draft payment. Crossed cheque / bank draft should be made payable to “The Chinese University of Hong Kong”. 	Method 2: Cash Payment on the spot You may pay the registration fee in cash when you attend the conference in December in Hong Kong.

3. Privacy

The organizer observes strict privacy over the personal particulars of the participants. However,

the organizer will upload the abstract of your conference paper onto the Fourth Asian Translation Traditions Conference website. Do you agree?

4. Terms and Conditions
1.	This form will be automatically sent to the conference secretariat. Please contact the conference secretariat if you have any queries.
2.	Once payment for the conference has been made, we are not able to offer any full or partial refunds.
3.	The registration cannot be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend.
4.	Please ensure you purchase your own travel insurance.
