Liu Weicheng (Lau Wai Shing) 1972-

Born in Hong Kong, Liu is a graduate of Hong Kong Baptist University. He now works as an editor. He started writing poetry in 1988 and has published in Shi Bi-monthly 詩雙月刊 and Sing Tao Daily 星島日報. He was a co-founder of Huxi Poetry Society 呼吸詩社 and co-editor of its journal Huxi Poetry 呼吸詩刊. His poems won prizes in the Youth Literary Awards of 1991, 1993 and 1995, and an Award for Creative Writing in Chinese in 2001. His poetry collection is entitled Yi tian 一天 [One day].
