NOTICE

Issuance of Parking Label for 2010-11

            (effective 1 October 2010)          

Please be informed that university parking labels for the 2009-10 school year are due to expire on 30 September 2010.  New labels for the 2010-11 school year, valid from 1 October 2010, are ready for issuance from 16 August 2010.  

Current label holders are required to return the old label when submitting the application for the new one.  However, a first time applicant, when submitting the application, will also be required to produce his/her Driving Licence, Vehicle Registration Document and Insurance Policy (or photo copies)  for verification, and based on privacy and security reasons, the renewal should be processed in person or through an authorized representative.
