I have been supporting the mentorship program for the last 3 years but I have personal committment on Oct 15 so is not available just on that day. Do you suggest I join the program or how to handle it?

Of course we would wish for you to continue your relationship with us as Mentor; the inauguration ceremony marks the kick-off of the Programme every year, but there will be ample opportunities for mentors and mentees to meet in the year to come, particularly with our new line-up of mentorship and anniversary events. I am sure you will find your renewed commitment with the Programme yet another new experience, both for you and your prospective mentee(s). I earnestly look forward to receiving your positive reply. The opening ceremony of Shaw Mentorship Programme has demonstrated a great success. I was excited to be one of the mentors joining this programme. However, it was unfortunate that my mentor could not make himself available on that day.
