暑期校園工程簡報

 鄭棟材樓

鄭棟材樓地下至二樓將於本年五月一日至八月七日進行安裝消防自動灑水系統。

 

思源廣場

聯合書院籌備多時，毗鄰陳震夏宿舍的「思源廣場」已於本年三月動工，預計於二零零五年年底完成。屆時聯合書院校園內將會增添一處可容納三百五十人的戶外活動及表演場地。

　

張祝珊師生康樂大樓工程

-      文怡閣蒙 書院基金會支持, 將進行大型裝修工程, 以配合2006年書院金禧院慶的慶祝活動。暑假期間暫停開放。

-      書院體育館獲撥款於暑假進行全面翻新工程, 體育部全層各項設施將暫停開放。

-      書院兩走讀生舍堂百全堂及秉芬堂將同時進行翻新工程, 並重新設立於大樓一樓208室和209室, 方便兩舍堂舉行聯合活動。


原設於209室之學生會屬會辦公室, 將遷往二樓308室。

　

New Flash on Campus Project in Summer

 

 T C Cheng Building

The installation of sprinkler system on G/F & 2/F, T C Cheng Building will be carried out from 1 May 2005 to 7 August 2005.


Si Yuan Amphitheatre

The construction works of the Si Yuan Amphitheatre,
adjacent to the Chan Chun Ha Hostel, has commenced in March 2005. The amphitheatre is expected to be open by the end of this year, providing an ideal venue for outdoor activities and performance on the United College campus.

　

Renovation Projects in Cheung Chuk Shan Amenities Building

-          The Staff Common Room will close during this summer, for carrying out a major renovation, to prepare for the College’s Gold Jubilee celebration in 2006. The project is supported by the College Endowment Fund.

-          The College Gymnasium at the first floor will undergo an overall upgrading renovation.  All sports facilities at the same floor will be closed during this summer.

-          The two non-residential halls – Pak Chuen Hall and Ping Fan Hall will be renovated at the same time in this summer.  The two halls will be re-set up at Room 208 and 209 in September 2006, to facilitate the holding of joint functions of the halls.


The Office of Student Societies originally located at Room 209 will be moved to Room 308.
