United College Visitor’s Flat The College has newly renovated Flat B1 of United College Staff Residence for rental to short term visitors invited by departments and units of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. The rental period is from one week (minimum) to four weeks (maximum). The flat is suitable for 3 occupants. A weekly rental of HK$1,500, which is inclusive of all utility expenses, will be charged. Rental is calculated on a complete tenancy week basis, i.e., a full week’s rental will be charged even if the occupant, for whatever reasons, does not stay for a full tenancy week. 網球場暫停開放
蒙書院基金會支持，聯合書院網球場將於今夏裝置照明系統，以便晚間使用。為方便工程進行，暑假期間網球場將暫停開放。

UC Tennis Courts Closed The College’s tennis counts will be closed this summer for the installation of lighting. The cost of the installation is supported by the Endowment Fund.

聯合書院多媒體圖書館：一樓裝修工程 由本年七月四日至八月三十一日，胡忠多媒體圖書館一樓將進行裝修工程，位於該處的研討室和資訊廊會臨時關閉，而電腦設施及服務亦都暫停，直到另行通知。 但讀者仍可瀏覽及借閱開架多媒體館藏，包括唯讀光碟特藏。流通櫃台亦會依舊提供日常服務。如有任何查詢請致電2609-7564 或電郵 ucmml@lib.cunk.edu.hk。不便之處, 敬請原諒。

United College Wu Chung Multimedia Library - 1/F Refurbishment Works Refurbishment works will be carried out on the 1/F of the Wu Chung Multimedia Library from July 4 to August 31, 2005. During this period, the Seminar Room and the Information Commons on 1/F will be closed. The computer facilities and services will be suspended this summer until further notice. However, all open shelf collections including the CDROM Collection will still be available for browsing and circulating. Counter service will also be kept normal. Please contact us at 2609-7564 or ucmml@lib.cuhk.edu.hk should there be any query. The Library sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused, and will keep disturbance to the minimum.
