本年度校董會周年聚餐已於二零零五年十二月十四日假恒生銀行總行博愛堂舉行。是日筵開六席，近七十多位大學及書院嘉賓、校董、教職員及校友出席，氣氛十分熱鬧。大學校長劉遵義教授亦於百忙中撥冗出席，令晚宴生色不少。當晚席上並頒發書院長期服務獎予服務超過二十年的教職員。今年獲獎的同事包括： · 計算機科學與工程學系梁廣錫教授 · 電子工程學系湛偉權教授（因事未能出席晚宴） · 政治與行政學系戴大為教授（因事未能出席晚宴）

2005 Annual Board Dinner The Annual Dinner of the Board of Trustees had been held on 14 December 2005 at the Penthouse, Hang Seng Bank Headquarters. Near 70 guests, trustees, staff and alumni attended the Dinner. Professor Lawrance Lau, Vice-Chancellor was also present as the guest of honour. Long Service Awards were presented at the Dinner to staff with over 20 years of service. This year three staff were presented with the award: · Professor LEUNG Kwong Sak, Department of Computer Science and Engineering · Professor CHAM Wai Kuen, Department of Electronic Engineering (unable to attend) · Professor DAVIS Michael Curtis, Department of Government and Public Administration (unable to attend)
