1) 2007/2008年度學生住宿申請
2007/2008年度聯合書院學生住宿申請表格已開始派發，同學可於辦公時間內往書院輔導處索取或於書院網頁下載（http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/uc/forms/forms.html）。填妥之申請表須於二零零七年四月二十日或以前交回聯合書院學生輔導處，逾期或資料不足之申請概不受理。
2) 學生暑期住宿申請
本年度書院學生宿舍暑期住宿已開始接受申請。有關詳情及申請辦法，請參閱學生輔導處佈告板或書院網頁。截止申請日期為二零零七年四月二十六日。

1) Applications for the 2007/2008 Regular Term Residence
Application forms for the 2007/2008 regular term residence in the College's student hostels are available at the Dean of Students' Office, United College. They can also be downloaded from the College website: http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/uc/forms/forms.html. Completed application forms should be submitted to the same office on or before 20 April 2007. Late applications will not be considered.
2) Applications for Summer Residence
Applications for this year's summer residence in UC student hostels are now open. For further details, please refer to the College notice-boards or approach the Dean of Students' Office. Applications close on 26 April 2007.
二零零七至零八年校內住宿助學金
書院新增設校內住宿助學金計劃，旨在提供校內住宿資助予有經濟困難的聯合書院同學，鼓勵同學積極參與校園書院活動，並爭取學習時間，以參與各項非形式教育活動及提升學業成績。本計劃公開予所有聯合書院在學同學申請，二零零七至零八年度的「校內住宿助學金」金額為港幣二千五百元正，分上、下學期在宿費單內以扣費形式作資助。若只住宿半年則金額為港幣一千二百五十元。申請表格可於書院網頁下載或前往書院學生輔導處索取。截止申請日期為二零零七年五月十五日。

United College Hostel Residence Grant 2007/08
The College initiated a new United College Hostel Residence Grant Scheme for all United College students to apply. The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to United College students who have financial difficulties in paying hostel fees so as to encourage them to actively participate in college life and non-formal education programmes, as well as to grasp more learning time and get better academic results. The grant amount for 2007/08 is HK$2500 for two terms, while for
one-term residence, the grant will be HK$1250. The grant will be offered by fee deduction from the hostel debit note. Application forms can be downloaded from College webpage, or students are welcome to approach Dean of Students' Office for application forms. The deadline for application is 15 May 2007.

聯合書院語文改善計劃消息
1)暑期普通話及英語學習營
暑期普通話及英語學習營現正接受同學報名。詳情如下：

日期：二零零七年五月二十五至二十七日
營地：香港青年協會賽馬會西貢戶外訓練營

News from United College Language Improvement Project
1) Summer Putonghua & English Immersion Camps
United College Summer Putonghua & English Immersion Camps are now open for application. The details are as follows:
English Immersion Camp
Date: 20 – 22 May 2007
Venue: Breakthrough Youth Village
Putonghua Immersion Camp
Date: 25 – 27 May 2007
Venue: HKFYG Jockey Club Sai Kung Outdoor Training Camp
Fee: free (students are required to pay deposit of $350
which will be refunded after completion of programme)

二零零七年畢業晚宴
書院二零零四級社「互聯社」定於本年五月十四日晚上假旺角帝京酒店三樓北京廰舉行畢業晚宴，讓應屆畢業同學能夠在離開校園之前再次聚首一堂。晚宴餐費分別為二百五十元(嘉賓及校友)及一百元(學生)。有興趣參加者可聯絡書院輔導處高級書院發展主任周寶華女士(2609 8655)或二零零四級社代表蕭嘉瑜同學(9673 7782)或薛賽鳳同學 (9503 5575)。
2007 Graduation Dinner
The 2004 Class Society of the College is going to organize a Graduation Dinner for the 2007 graduates on 14 May 2007 at Beijing Room, 3/F Royal Plaza Hotel, Mongkok. The Dinner fee is $250 (Guest /Alumni) and $100 (Students). 聯合書院儲物箱
由於學期即將完結，畢業班同學請盡快清理儲物箱內所有物件，並在二零零七年五月十五日前於辦公時間內，前往書院學生輔導處辦理交還儲物箱鎖匙及領回按金的手續。大學會計部將安排按金轉帳至各同學之銀行戶口。逾期仍不辦理者，本院將清理箱內物件及沒收按金。

Lockers at United College
All final year students holding lockers at United College are required to return the locker keys and complete the deposit refund process at the College Dean of Students' Office during office hours on or before 15 May 2007. Locker deposit will be credited to your bank account by the Bursary in due course. Failure to return the locker key after the above deadline will result in your deposit being forfeited and articles inside the locker removed and disposed of.
