內地生獎學金得獎同學與捐獎人午膳

本年度書院內地生獎學金得獎同學與捐獎人聚餐已於二零零八年四月十九日假文怡閣舉行。當日出席的嘉賓包括捐獎人張煊昌博士、葉元章校董、殷巧兒校董，書院獎學金及學生資助委員會委員，獲獎同學與及書院同仁。同學們除了向捐獎人致以衷心謝意，更分享了他們在中大學習和生活的體驗。

Luncheon with Donors and Recipients of the CUHK Mainland Scholarships

A luncheon gathering for this year's mainland scholarship donors and recipients was held on 19 April 2008 in the UC Staff Common Room. Gracing the gathering were: donors Dr Thomas H C Cheung, Mr Anthony Y C Yeh and Ms Lina H Y Yan, members of the Scholarships and Student Finance Committee as well as the scholarship recipients and a number of College members. The awardees expressed their sincere thanks to the donors in person and shared their learning experiences in the University with them.

　

零五級社消息

1)二零零八年書院畢業同學惜別會

聯合書院本年度的畢業同學惜別會已於四月二日假書院聚會期間舉行，逾二百名聯合同學出席。惜別會是由二零零五年級社《聯樂社》主辦，以短片形式輯錄了書院大型活動的盛況。隨後由出席的同學各自訴説心底話，分享書院生活的點滴。

級社是聯合書院自二零零一年起成立的學生組織，級社成員以入學年度區分，目的是加強同屆書院同學的聯繫。「聯樂社」為第五屆級社，成員為二零零五年入學的聯合學生。

2)二零零八年畢業晚宴

「聯樂社」已於本年五月十三日晩上假紅磡都會海逸酒店七樓海景餐廳舉行，合共一百二十位應屆畢業同學在離開校園之前再次聚首一堂。

News from the 2005 Class Society

1) 2008 Graduation Class Farewell Party

A party organized by the 2005 Class Society to farewell the graduates was held on 2 April.  At the party, video clips of memorable moments were shared. Participants also shared fond memories of their College life during the undergraduate studies.

"Class Society" —— a student organization formed in 2001 to link up College students of the same year.  Members of the Society are grouped by their entrance year. 2005 Class Society was the fifth College Class Society. Members are students who entered the College in 2005.

2) 2008 United College Graduation Dinner

The 2005 Class Society of the College organized a Graduation Dinner for the 2008 graduates on 13 May 2008 at Lower Patio, Level 7, Harbour Plaza Metropolis Hotel, Hung Hom. A total of 120 fresh graduates joined the dinner gathering.

聯合同學獲花旗銀行與中大首辦的銀行業務課程的傑出學生獎

本院孫貝貝同學(工管/二)參加花旗銀行與中大首辦的銀行業務課程，並獲得「傑出學生獎」，將於暑假前往星加坡及上海交流，以嘉許她出色的表現。

UC Student Won the Outstanding Achievement Award in the Citibank University Banking Course 

UC student, Miss Sun Beibei (BBA/2) took the Citibank University Banking Course jointly offered by CUHK and Citibank and won the Outstanding Achievement Award. She will go on study trip to Singapore and Shanghai.
