書院膳堂響應「有衣食日」

　

為了響應減少浪費食物，書院及書院膳堂承辦商「帆船飲食管理有限公司」參加了由「綠領行動」所舉辦的「有衣食日」。學生及教職員於3月至5月期間逢星期三到本院學生飯堂惠顧指定的午巿或晚巿快餐，凡要求「少飯」者均可獲減收一元，而飯量則會減少三分之一。
　

Save Food Campaign at the College Student Canteen

　

The College and the College Caterer, Sailing Boat Catering Management Ltd, have participated in the Save Food Campaign organised by the Greeners Action. Staff and students who ask for less rice (1/3 rice less than standard portion) at the College student canteen will receive HK$1 rebate from the College Caterer. The discounts will be available on Wednesdays, from March to May 2009, on selected dishes.
