本年度學生團體活動津貼撥款上半年的支銷最後限期為2009年6月30日，各院系屬會請於限期前依據報銷程序支銷撥款，逾期作放棄論。查詢請致電2609 7570或2609 7598與本院學生輔導處何惠芬女士或林偉源先生聯絡。

Reimbursement of Student Activity Expenses

2006級社消息

2009年書院畢業同學惜別會

聯合書院本年度的畢業同學惜別會已於2009年4月15日於邵逸夫堂舉行，逾七百五十名聯合同學出席。惜別會是由2006年級社《聚聯社》主辦，以短片形式輯錄了書院大型活動的盛況。隨後由出席的同學各自訴説心底話，分享書院生活的點滴。

2009年畢業晚宴

由「聚聯社」籌辦的2009畢業晚宴已於本年5月14日晩上6時30分假紅磡都會海逸酒店七樓海景餐廳舉行，合共一百四十位應屆畢業同學及嘉賓在離開校園之前再次聚首一堂。

2009 Graduation Class Farewell Assembly

A Farewell Assembly organised by the 2006 Class Society to bid farewell to the graduates was held on 15 April 2009 at Sir Run Run Shaw Hall. More than 750 students attended this assembly. At the assembly, video clips of memorable moments were shared. Participants also shared fond memories of their College life during the undergraduate studies.

2009 United College Graduation Dinner

The 2006 Class Society of the College organised a Graduation Dinner for the 2009 graduates on Thursday, 14 May 2009 at 6:30 pm at Lower Patio, level 7, Harbour Plaza Metropolis Hotel, Hung Hom. A total of 140 fresh graduates joined the dinner.

學生宿舍2008至09年度住宿期終結

2008至09年度學生宿舍宿期將於2009年5月31日（星期日）中午12時終結，各宿生須於當日中午12時前遷出宿舍，已向舍監申請特別安排者除外。宿生須將鑰匙交回宿舍詢問處，填妥「退還宿舍按金表格」後，連同過戶銀行存摺印有戶口號碼之內頁副本一併於退還鑰匙時交予宿舍負責人，或於2009年6月12日前交至書院學生輔導處。逾期交回表格者，按金將不予發還。

End of 2008-09 Hostel Residence

The regular-term hostel residence for 2008-09 will end at 12:00 noon on Sunday, 31 May 2009. All residents should check out by then unless prior arrangements have been made with the wardens. Residents should return their keys to the hostel enquiry counters. For refund of hostel deposits, residents should fill out the application forms concerned obtainable from the enquiry counters of their respective hostels and attach a copy of the relevant page of their bank account passbooks for autopay purposes. These documents should be returned to their respective hostels together with the room keys. Alternatively, the said documents can be handed in to the Dean of Students' Office before 12 June 2009. Late applications will not be entertained.

本院學生奪2008至09年度「匯豐青年企業家獎」香港區金獎

本院學生冼晉匡（BBA/1）與兩位隊友憑「健康漢堡包」的商業計劃奪得2008至09年度「匯豐青年企業家獎」香港區金獎。除獲頒四萬元獎金外，他們並將於今年六月代表香港，與亞太區其餘五個地區的金獎

得主競逐亞太區冠軍。

UC Student Won Gold Award of the HSBC Young Entrepreneur Award―Hong Kong Area 2008-09

College student, Mr Sin Chun-hong (BBA/1) and his two team members won the Gold Award of the HSBC Young Entrepreneur Award - Hong Kong Area 2008-09, with a business plan “NuBurger”. The team was awarded an HSBC self-development fund of HK$40,000. They will represent Hong Kong in the regional competition to be held in June.

聯合書院邁進地球村系列簡介會

書院於2009年5月12日為參與本年度邁進地球村系列的同學就人類豬型流感與健康旅遊及大學旅遊保險舉行了簡介會。講者為大學保健處健康教育主任簡阮美妍女士及怡和保險顧問有限公司客戶經理周靄萍女士。

此外，書院亦為參與本計劃的同學準備了旅行安全包，包括口罩、探熱針、酒精濕紙巾及人類豬型流感資料供同學使用及參考。

Briefing Session for GOAL Programme Participants   

The College organised a briefing session on 12 May 2009 on the topics of "Human Swine Flu and Travel Safe" and "CUHK Travel Insurance for Students" for the participants of this year's GOAL programme. The speakers of the briefing were Mrs Pauline Kan, Health Education Officer, University Health Service and Ms Angela Chow, Account Manager, Jardine Lloyd Thompson Ltd.

The College has also prepared a Travel Pack for all the participants of GOAL programme. The pack will include masks, alcohol packs, an oral thermometer and information about Human Swine Flu.
