Reunion Dinner for Alumni Graduated for 25 Years and 50 Years Or Above To celebrate the 54th Anniversary of United College, the College organised a Reunion Dinner for Alumni who graduated for 25 years and 50 years or above on 23 October 2010 at Staff Common Room, 3/F Cheung Chuk Shan Amenities Building, United College. More than 120 alumni graduated on or before 1960 and on 1985 joined the dinner and spent a warm reunion evening at United College. |

2010年度聯合書院校友日 2010年聯合書院校友日已於2010年10月23日(星期六)於聯合書院校園舉行。書院希望透過籌辦本年度的校友日，讓校友及家人一同回到母校慶祝聯合書院五十四周年院慶，互聚情誼，並了解母校最新發展情況，加強校友與母校的聯繫。 當日逾一百二十位校友及家人一同參與校友日。書院院長馮國培教授及校友會會長殷巧兒女士於校友日歡迎會上致辭。校友並於本院學生飯堂參加院慶生日會及享用下午茶。隨後，本院成員太空與地球信息科學研究所所長林暉教授帶領聯合校友參觀霍英東遙感科學館，並向校友講解太空與地球信息科學研究所的工作，校友亦參觀書院設施；部分校友和子女則參加由本屆校友日特別嘉賓MAGIC3 Production (HK) Limited歐錦豪校友(01/機械與自動化工程學)主持的「變！變！變！兒童魔術工作坊」，共度一個歡愉的下午。 |

United College Alumni Day 2010 The UC Alumni Day 2010 was held on Saturday, 23 October 2010. All alumni were invited to this annual reunion gathering to celebrate the College's 54th Anniversary with staff and students. They were given an update on the latest developments of the College. The annual event was enthusiastically supported by alumni and strengthened their cohesion with the College. Over 120 alumni and their family members participated in the gathering. Professor Fung Kwok-pui, Head of United College and Ms Lina Yan, President of United College Alumni Association, addressed the assembly in the Welcoming Party. Then, the alumni enjoyed a college anniversary party and tea buffet at the Student Canteen. After the tea party, College member, Professor Lin Hui, Director of the Institute of Space and Earth Information Science (ISEIS), led the United College alumni to visit the Fok Ying Tung Remote Sensing Science Building and briefed them on the work done by ISEIS. Alumni also toured around the Alumni Trail and visited College facilities. Some alumni and their children participated in the Children Magic Workshop conducted by College alumnus, Mr Alfred Au (01/MAE), MAGIC3 Production (HK) Limited. A full day of fun and laughter concluded at around 6:00 pm. |
