1) 2011年度周年會員大會 教職員聯誼會周年會員大會已於12月2日舉行。大會通過接納執行委員會提交之周年會務及財政報告，並選出新一屆之執行委員會，成員名單如下：

1) Annual General Meeting 2011 The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the United College Staff Association was held on 2 December 2011 at the College Staff Common Room. The AGM endorsed the Annual Report and audited accounts of the Association presented by the 2010-2011 Executive Committee and elected the following office-bearers of the 2011-2012 Executive Committee:
2) Membership Fee 2011-2012 membership fee for United College Staff Association has been deducted from members' salary in November 2011 .The fee is HK$150 each for members on Terms of Service A and HK$100 each for those on Terms of Service B. For enquiries, please contact Ms Vivian W T Lam of Dean of Students' Office at 3943 1750. 3) 2011 Christmas Party The 2011 Christmas Party organised by the United College Staff Association was held on 16 December 2011 at the College Staff Common Room. The Staff Association would like to extend their heartiest thanks to the following members who had generously donated cash or prizes for the lucky draw:
4) Lunar New Year's Eve Luncheon To celebrate the coming of Lunar New Year and to strength ties between colleagues, the College and the College Staff Association will jointly host a Lunar New Year's Eve Luncheon for junior staff of the College on Friday, 13 January 2012 at 12:30 pm in the College Staff Canteen. All College members are welcome to join the luncheon. 5) Lunar New Year Tea Gathering Date: 1 February 2012 (Wednesday) Time: 12:00 noon - 2:00 pm (Lion dance at 1:00 pm) Venue: Staff Common Room, 3/F, Cheung Chuk Shan Amenities Building, United College Programmes: Lion dance, New Year snacks / pudding and buffet, games, bingo & lucky draw Fee: Free of charge (For members and their spouses) Circulars for the Tea Gathering will be sent to Staff Association members soon. 6) In celebration of the College’s 55th Anniversary, the Staff Association has prepared a Lunar New Year “Fai Chun” and an umbrella as souvenir for each member.
