 2014-15年度上學期『書院聚會』通告

有關登記出席『書院聚會』的安排,書院在2014年8月學期初公佈的簡介中,已詳細說明,重點如下:-

(1)  登記後如必須換掉某次聚會門票，請盡快於該次聚會截止登記前在網頁上

退票，方可在餘下選擇中重新登記另一門票。

[例:9月26日之門票最遲在9月24日前在網頁上換票]

(2)  若同學錯過了已登記出席的聚會，請一星期內親身到輔導處申請另一張聚會門票。

而有關補課安排,書院將按往年的做法,在學期最後一次『書院聚會』舉行後,安排數場觀看不同『聚會』的錄像放影,以便有需要的同學補課,以達到這科目之出席要求。

本學期最後一次『書院聚會』相關講座將在2014年11月17日舉行。書院將在11月下旬公佈有關補課觀看錄像的安排,請相關同學留意書院電郵及『電子門票』網頁。

Notice of 2014-15 College Assemblies (First Term)

United College, CUHK

Concerning the registration of e-tickets for College Assemblies, the following has been stated in the August 2014 announcement of this Office:-

(1) To change an e-ticket, students should return the e-ticket on the Homepage asap before the event, then register for another e-ticket among those available ones.
(For example, to change the ticket of 26/9/2014 to another one, students should register before 24/9/2014.)

(2) For registration of an e-ticket to replace the original College Assembly omitted, students should go to the Dean of Students’ Office in person asap within one week, to apply for another ticket among those available.

As in previous year, the College will arrange some make-up classes of video watching, after the holding of the last College Assembly in the Term. Videos of a few College Assemblies will be shown in different timeslots, to facilitate students to make up their attendance record to fulfil the requirement.

 For this First Term, the last lecture linked to College Assemblies will be held on 17 November 2014.  The College will announce details of make-up classes of video watching after mid November. Students could refer to related emails from the College and announcements made on “E-ticketing” homepage for details.

香港中文大學聯合書院  2014-15年度『書院聚會』簡介

【時間及地點】

每學年在大學邵逸夫堂舉辦六至十次大型書院聚會，並在書院及大學校園舉辦多次小型聚會，分上、下學期進行。書院聚會主要於星期五上午11時30分至下午1時舉行，部份聚會亦會於下午或黃昏時間舉行。而其他聯系活動如研討會或講座等之舉行時間及地點，請同學留意個別安排。

【內容及形式】

每次書院聚會除設 “書院時間”、 “學生會時間”外，並設專題探討，邀請校內、外人士作嘉賓。採用之形式包括講座、討論、表演等。

【出席要求】

（一）本院學生每個學期必須最少出席三次書院聚會/研討會/講座（上學期三次、下學期三次）。參加
　　　一年制工程學院校外實習、修讀醫學院臨床期課程(三年級或以上)以及護理學院實習期(第四年下
　　　學期)之同學除外。

（二） 書院將記錄同學出席之次數，並在同學各學期成績表上列明書院聚會出席率為「符合要求」
　　　（Pass）或「不符合要求」（Fail）。

【“電子門票”登記方法及時段】

2014-15年度的“電子門票”登記形式:

• 網址: http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/eticket

• 登入方法: 使用者 [ITSC Computing ID]; 密碼 [Campus-wide Email/CWEM Password]

• 上學期登記日期及時間： 2014年9月12日(星期五)上午11時30分開始

•  截止登記日期及時間： 每一個書院聚會舉行前兩天上午9時正

• 同學自行在網頁上選擇，並需一次過預留下學期三次書院聚會之門票，額滿即止。

• 登記後如必須換掉某次聚會門票，請盡快於該次聚會截止登記前在網頁上退票，方可在餘下選擇中重新登記另一門票。

• 若同學錯過了已登記出席的聚會，請一星期內親身到輔導處申請另一張聚會門票。

• 查核出席記錄，同學請於每次出席後的一星期之後起，在書院聚會網頁上查看。若發現出席紀錄出現問題，請於三星期內盡快與輔導處聯絡，以便查核。

Introduction of 2014-15 College Assemblies, United College, CUHK

 [Date and Time]

There are 6-10 College Assemblies to be held at Sir Run Run Shaw Hall in 2 academic terms of each year, while some smaller scale College Assemblies will be held on the College and University campus. The “College Assembly Time” is usually 11:30 am to 1:00 pm on Fridays, while some afternoon College Assemblies will be organized too. For other related activities such as seminars and lectures, details on time and venue will be released individually.

[Content and Format]

Guests from different fields are invited to give speeches at College Assemblies, other formats like group discussion and performance will be arranged also.  There are a “College Time” and a session hosted by the Student Union at each College Assembly.

[Attendance Requirement]

1.      For each Term, students are required to attend at least 3 College Assemblies or related activities (3 times in the 1^st term, 3 times in the 2^nd term). Students in one-year-work-study of the Engineering Faculty, medical students (year 3 or up) in clinical studies and Nursing students in 2^nd Term of the 4^th Year (clinical studies) are not required to attend College Assemblies.

2.      The College will give grade to students according to the attendance records of each term:

[Pass] for “attendance requirement fulfilled”

[Fail] for “not fulfilling attendance requirement”

²  Students can make their own choices of 3 College Assemblies on the Homepage at one time, while seats are available.

²  To change an e-ticket, students should return the e-ticket on the Homepage asap before the event, then register for another e-ticket among those available ones.

²  For registration of e-ticket to replace the original College Assembly omitted by you, please come to the Dean of Students’ Office in person asap within one week, to apply for another ticket among those available.

²  For checking of attendance records, student can check on the Homepage one week after the holding of the event. If students found there’s problem on their attendance record, please contact Dean of Students’ Office within 3 weeks of each event held for attendance record checking. After the 3 weeks, no checking will be conducted.

第一階段登記
書院將於 2014年9月12日(星期五)上午11時30分至9月14日 (星期日)晚上11時正接受網上登記2014-15年度上學期之「書院聚會」入場票組合。此為『以三張票為一個組合』的形式作登記。
同學可於9月10日下午起在書院網頁上查看有關登記入場票的通告及事先選定擬出席的聚會。

註: 請在E-ticketing 網頁內先查看 “Important notice from this organizer”。

第二階段登記
2014年9月19日(星期五)上午11時30分起, 同學可上「書院聚會」電子門票網頁更換個別入場票。[以先退回一張票，再登記領取尚餘之個別入場票形式進行]

1st Phrase of Registration
Registration Period for a Combination of 3 E-tickets for College Assemblies of the 1st Term of 2014-15:
11: 30 am, 12 SEP 2014 (Friday)  to  11:00 pm, 14 SEP 2014 (Sunday) 
Students can view the choices of available E-ticket Combinations in the College Webpage from 10 SEP 2014 afternoon prior to registration.

N.B. Before Registration, please refer to the updates on“Important notice from this organizer”

2nd Phrase of Registration
From 19 SEP 2014 (Friday) 11:30am, students could change individual tickets at the College Assembly E-ticketing homepage. (Students need to drop one ticket before getting a new ticket with the system.)
