Five or Six  Assemblies are held in each academic year, at the Sir Run Run Shaw Hall of the University, with over 1,400 students participating every time.

The Annual Workshop is an academic event for students and teachers to share their views on a particular hot topic in society. Promising figures from the academic sector as well as from the public are invited as speckers for the Workshop. Questioning from the audience is an essential part for the Workshop.
