For application or enquiry, please approach the Dean of Students' Office of the College.  (1) College Loan  Two interest-free College Loan Funds are avaliable for needy students.   (a) Student Emergency Loan Fund  (b) Wong Fung Ling Student Loan Fund     (2) Government Grant and Loans  Students with Financial difficulties can apply for Government Grant and Loans from the "Local Student Financial Scheme" through the College.  Current students are usually invited  to submit applications in April/May whereas Year One students are usually invited to submit applications in September.  (3) University Bursaries and Loans  A number of busary and loan schemes are administered by the Office of Student Affairs of the University.
