Advanced bookings are accepted by the UGH Management only in written form. However, confirmation of these bookings can be effected only after the payment of the following deposit has been made to the University:

Deposit Due
| * For booking of 1 to 4 nights: |
deposit equivalent to one night's rental |
| * For booking of 5 nights or more: |
deposit equivalent to two night's rental |

Confirmation of accommodation in written form will be issued by the UGH Management upon the receipt of the deposit.
For cancellation and amendment of bookings, full or part refund of deposit can be arranged if prior notice of cancellation is given to the Management at least 2 weeks before the arrival, in accordance with the following rates:
