Nomination of the 2009/2010

SCR Social & Activities Committee Office-bearers

All SCR full members are cordially invited to take part in the election of the 2009/2010 SAC as the terms of office for the following four elected office-bearers of the 2008/2009 SCR Social & Activities Committee (SAC) will be expired on May 31, 2009:

The new Committee will take up office in June 2009. Please check from the list below TEN names you wish to nominate (put a tick in appropriate boxes) and return it by fax (2603 5605) or mail to the SCR Membership Office on or before April 28, 2009 (Tue).

After the ten members receiving the highest number of votes are known, a second ballot will be held to elect four persons from the ten to be the office-bearers on 2009/2010 SAC, in accordance with the aforesaid principle.
