Dean's List of the Faculty of Arts 2005-06 and 2003-04 |
'Besides a good academic environment, CUHK has wonderful professors whom I can talk to any time I want, and comprehensive recreational facilities that are available at all times. I like to take walks on campus and I also enjoy college activities. Colleges have different characters and so do their students. This diversity is excellent.' |

Luk Wai Sum Carol (Sociology Graduate 2005), Executive Trainee at Hong Kong Trade Development Council
1 year volunteer service in India (through AIESEC programme at CUHK) |
'I spent a year in New Delhi helping Oxfam with fundraising. Thanks to my classes at CUHK and involvement in English debate, I had been exposed to issues of class, gender and race in developing countries. India was extremely memorable. Now I'm involved in realizing another one of my goals—promoting Hong Kong to the world.' |

Chu Lai Sheng
Rebecca (Quantitative
Finance Graduate 2002), Citigroup Financial Accounting Manager
ACCA exams: Global No.1 in one paper and Hong Kong No.1 in two papers |
'Although I wasn't an accounting student, the basic business subjects I took at CUHK prepared me well for the fundamental papers of the ACCA exam. The flexibility of the curriculum also allowed me to study subjects I was interested in. Looking back as an alumna, I find that the college system creates a unique campus culture and strengthens students' sense of belonging to the University.'
