Abstract

This project is a continuing project from one of the TDLEG (2016-19) project entitled ‘Meta-analysis of the UG programme review reports - Identifying the good practices and innovative pedagogies’. Both projects share the same objectives, which are, to identify good practices in teaching and learning and programme management identified from the programme reviews and to disseminate these practices. From the meta-analysis of the second cycle of programme review, ten programmes were identified using a set of criteria for selecting showcase programmes. The programme directors were interviewed to get more details and examples. Their good practices were presented through micro-modules on Assessment, Learning activity, Learning outcome, Programme design and Programme management.

The third cycle of undergraduate programme review has just been completed. CLEAR has started the meta-analysis of the review reports. We would like to request for some resources to disseminate good practices identified from the meta-analysis via production of micro-modules on the project website, conducting workshops and Professional Development Course (PDC) for new teachers.

In addition, an analysis on the improvement from the second cycle to third cycle programme review will be conducted.
