Carl Zeiss Z1 Observer Inverted Fluorescence Microscope
Description and applications: Carl Zeiss Axio Observer Z1 microscope is an inverted wide-field light microscope for a wide range of biomedical researches including cell biology, pharmacology, molecular genetics, developmental biology and neurosciences. Z1 is used primarily for quick examining cells and tissue cultures with bright field (with phase contrast) and/or fluorescence imaging. With live cell chamber, the Axio Observer Z1 can also be used to observe the dynamics of intracellular processe , cell-cell interactions, motility, and cell growth by time-lapse imaging.
