MiSeq System	NextSeq 500 System	High Capacity Computer System for NGS Data Analysis

Advance Sequencing Platform provides service with Illumina MiSeq System and NextSeq 500 System for targeted sequencing, whole exome sequencing and transcriptome sequencing. These systems offer small to medium throughput to cope with various scales of samples and depth of information required in genome studies and molecular genetic diagnosis. A high capacity computer server system is equipped for storage of sequences generated by these systems. Services provided are on project-basis.
