The Agilent 4200 TapeStation is a high-throughput automated electrophoresis platform for the quality control of DNA, RNA and NGS library samples. The Core Utilities provides entire TapeStation service using DNA D1000 ScreenTape, High Sensitivity D1000 ScreenTape, Genomic DNA ScreenTape and High Sensitivity RNA ScreenTape. Users have to prepare samples according to the manufacturer’s instruction in order to obtain an optimal result.
