nCounter® FLEX Analysis System from NanoString Technologies provides digital counting without amplification of target molecules for gene expression profile of up to 800 targets. Pre-designed panels are available for cancer signaling and cancer immune profiling studies. This platform is highly robust for small panel profiling and is fully compatible with degraded RNA extracted from FFPE tissue. Other expression panels are also available.
