Introduction to Family Health Clinic

This is a virtual learning platform for sharing the management approach of high prevalent health problems encountered in day to day family practice and community based setting.  The contents will include flowchart of management approach, case studies and some current issues for community based care.

The main aim of this platform is to provide a brief overview of management approach within the context of a day to day family practice and/or community setting with basic facilities for assessment.

Management of health problems in community setting would pose challenges with limited resources for further investigations. However majority of health problems are managed in this type of setting. Practitioners in family practice/community setting need to keep themselves abreast of management approach under this circumstance for delivery of quality care.

The platform would be of interest to students in medicine, nursing and allied health as well as junior residents in family medicine and junior health practitioners in community based care.
