Liang Yue [real name Neo Choon Hong] 1950-

He received his B.A. in Chinese from Nanyang University in 1973, followed by a diploma in education in 1977. He is a specialist with the Planning, Curriculum and Development division of the Ministry of Education in Singapore. In 1984, a collection of his poems entitled Cha rushi shuo [So the Tea Says] won him a prize from the Singapore Book Development Council. In 1992, he published a collection of poetry entitled Beauty on Every Hill.
