Project Site: Xiaohe Village & Xialapu Village, Wama Township, Baoshan City, Yunnan Wama Township is located in the northwest of Baoshan City, about 180 kilometers away from Baoshan City. It covers an area of 192 square kilometers and has a population of 11,000. 80% are ethnically Bai, Yi and Miao. It is a remote alpine mountainous area. The grain crops are mainly corn, and economical trees such as walnuts, tung trees and plums are planted. There are medicinal materials and wild animal resources. The team hopes to build some anti-seismic rammed earth buildings to improve their living conditions.
