Training / Workshop

        The project team will carry out long-term artisan training to teach the local villagers the new seismic earth construction technology and form long-term stable construction team. Excellent artisans will join "1U1V" construction team, as the project core technical workers, participate fully in "1U1V" construction projects.

        The 1st artisan training course for a period of three days, the curriculum is divided into theoretical and practical courses. Through learning process, participants get the rammed earth construction knowledge theoretically. It helps them to better guide the construction work in future. Specific arrangements are:

Day 1: Earthquake damage analysis for traditional rammed earth building and the corresponding countermeasures
Day 2: Construction machinery and system process and on-site practice
Day 3: Wall structure and protection principles and common construction problems analysis

        With the conclusion of the first training, the team decided that the courses would be carried out on actual construction sites. Below is the training schedule:
