Prof. ZHOU Tiegang is an  Associate professor in the School of Civil Engineering, Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology and Deputy Director of the Institute of Engineering and Technology for the Living Environment of the Vulnerable Groups. Over the years he has been dedicated to the study of seismic safety performance, durability, and building methods of residential housing in western China.
