Our lab members Kalyn, Bruno, Olivia, and Lijing presented their work at EACR Conference - The Tumour Ecosystem: From Mechanisms to Novel Therapeutics in Italy.

Kalyn, Bruno, Olivia, and Lijing presented their work at EACR Conference - The Tumour Ecosystem: From Mechanisms to Novel Therapeutics in Italy.

Kalyn’s work is on A 3D Microenvironment Tumor Model for Personalized Drug Response Profiling in Neuroblastoma. Bruno’s work is on Development of a 3D biomimetic tumor matrix-based pancreatic tumoroid model for in vitro drug testing. Olivia’s work is on Engineering tumor extracellular matrix niche in vitro using multiphoton microfabrication and micropatterning (MMM) technology - Fibulin 5 as an example. Lijing’s work is on Engineering a 3D adipose niche for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) tumoroid co-culture. Prof. Chan also presented our work on High-content imaging-based 3D tumoroid cytotoxicity detection systems.
