以及防止青少年吸煙與買煙的有關法例, 但仍然未能全面控制青少年吸煙. 雖然有法例禁止煙草製品廣告, 但煙草公司仍然成功以間接手法去達到宣傳效果. 中國的煙草生產都是國營企業, 佔去全國香煙銷售市場的99%. 國家一方面掌管煙草生產, 另一方面亦主導控煙工作, 在這雙重身份之下,
是否會有利益衝突呢? 若中國的吸煙情況沒有改善, 中國到2025年因吸煙而死亡的人數將高達二百萬. |
