The CUHK-SYSU Centre for Historical Anthopology was set up in November 2010 jointly by The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Sun Yat-sen University to : |

‧ |
coordinate joint research in Historical Anthropology between the CUHK and SYSU; including but not restricted to research designated under the existing AoE project; |
‧ |
provide opportunities for the exchange of teaching staff and graduate students; |
| ‧ |
organise academic seminars and conferences; and |
‧ |
publish research outputs. |

The SYSU Centre for Historical Anthopology is a Ministry of Education (MoE) key institute. The joint centre is located at the Chinese University. |
