Full Residence
All undergraduates of S.H. Ho College live on campus in one of two spacious modern hostels.

Communal Dining
Students dine with the Master and other members of the College on three evenings each week.

S.H. Ho College will be home to over 25% non-locals from Mainland China and overseas.

 Local Goes Global – Overseas Experience
S.H. Ho students will have ample opportunity to participate in exchange programmes with Yuanpei College at Peking University , Emmanuel College at the University of Cambridge, University College Utrecht at Utrecht University, Brown University, and Bucknell University. S.H. Ho College students can also join the Cultural Visits, Summer Study Abroad Programmes and Service-Learning Programmes

Scholarships and Financial Aids
Our College awards a wide range of scholarships and provides financial aids. We will offer approximately 36 matriculation scholarship to fresher in 2010-11 ranging from HK$2,000 to HK$42,100.

Live Student Life to the Full
The acronym “H-O-M-E” highlights four distinctive characteristics of College student activities:
Harmony (融和), Openness (開放), Maturity (成長), Enrichment (豐盛). Activities include mentorship programme, SHHo forum, “Finding Roots” cultural tour, teacher-student volunteer club, SHHo documentary, language table, sports activities, etc.

Whole-person General Education
Orientation and Outreach for freshers, is to develop a positive attitude towards college life.
Work and Productive Life for final year students intends to be a bridge between formal university education and work life.

 
 

How to apply

When students have been admitted to CUHK and registered, they are required to complete a College Preference Form and indicate their preference for S.H. Ho College.
