be of immediate benefit to society. The University
therefore actively protects and works with partners
to transfer its research results to the community.

transfer or collaboration are listed in this
Technology Digest, and expressions of interest are
invited from the public. All inquiries and

1. The Chinese University of Hong Kong reserves
the right to enter into any technology transfer
arrangements, including exclusive licensing
arrangements, 4 weeks after any technology has been
posted on this site. In addition to the listing of the
technology on this site, the University may promote the
technology through other means. All expression of
interests will be taken into consideration.
2. The University is not bound to accept the best or
any expression of interests received and it accepts no
liability for any costs associated with any expression
of interests made relating to the listed projects
whether they are selected or not.
3. All accepted expression of interests will be
subject to legally binding agreements.
