�� 學生宿舍:組裝合成建築法(MiC) Student Hostel: Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) 學生宿舍:組裝合成建築法(MiC) Student Hostel: Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) The student hostel building under Chung Chi College’s Project E is being constructed using Modular Integrated Construction (MiC). This innovative building technology combines o -site prefabrication with on-site assembly to enhance construction e ciency, strengthen safety management, and re ect the principles of environmental sustainability and sustainable development. Members of the Development Committee of Chung Chi College Board of Trustees, together with representatives from CUHK Campus Development O ce, visited the MiC production facility to gain rst-hand insight into the design, production, and quality control processes of the hostel modules, as well as the precision manufacturing and quality management systems behind MiC technology. By adopting standardised modular design and precision manufacturing, Project E enhances construction e ciency while ensuring that the hostel spaces are practical, exible, and comfortable.
