As a classroom teacher or as a supervisor of teaching assistants you have certain responsibilities, as well as a degree of accountability. Thus, leadership go beyond selecting suitable pedagogy (lecture discussions, video etc.) and assessments. Develop a conceptual framework based on personal experience and other forms of active learning such as role play, reflection and three-person teaching . Above all, this session is intended to enable participants share multiple perspectives and cross-cultural insights on the teacher as a leader. Therefore, you must come to class ready to participate.
