Detail: |
Web2.0 technologies such as blogs, wiki and social media allow common users like you and me to take ownership and control of the contents and communications on the web. Web2.0 tools can be effective teaching and learning tools because they can be used to facilitate many student-oriented learning tasks and even forming of online learning communities. In this workshop, we will first of all give teachers ideas and examples about using web2.0 in the educational context. Then we will demonstrate how Web2.0 strategies are supported by our new CUHK eLearning system (Blackboard Learn). We will also talk about the CUHK eLearning system implementation schedule. Q&A time will be allocated at the end of the workshop.
