3:30 – 3:50pm	iii. Supervising your postgraduates successfully – the Science perspective by Prof CP Wong, Dean of Engineering

	Main Session ( II )
4:30 – 5:00pm	Matching student’s needs and supervisor’s style of supervision process Student Perceptions of Research Supervision Questionnaire (hands on activity). Participants will play either “supervisor” or “student”. In pairs, complete the questionnaire independently, and then compare answers with each other. Where there are significant differences, “supervisor” and “student” discuss and negotiate with each other.
