Inclement Weather Arrangements
Tropical Cyclone Signal No.3 or Red Rainstorm Warning Signal
When Tropical Cyclone Signal No.3 or Red Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force, all indoor activities will continue to be held as scheduled. Students are not allowed to leave the camp without parent/guardian's consent.

Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 (or above) or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal
When Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 (or above) or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force or will be issued within the next 2 hours, the following arrangements shall apply:

Day 1 and Day 2

• If Tropical Cyclone (No. 8 or above) or Black Rainstorm warning is in force, all activities on that day will be cancelled.
• If the warning is cancelled before 12noon on Day 1, registration will start at 3pm.
• If the warning is cancelled after 12noon on Day 1, registration will start at 9am on the next day.

Day 3 and Day 4

• If Tropical Cyclone (No. 8 or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning is in force after 12noon on Day 3, all activities of the rest of the camp will be cancelled.

Notes:

• In the interest of participant' s safety, CUHK Business School reserves the right to cancel any activities when a venue is deemed unsafe due to inclement weather
• No refund will be provided to the participants in the event of typhoons and rainstorms
• Participants will be notified by the team leaders for the latest arrangement in case any activities are cancelled due to inclement weather. Please keep checking our website or Facebook Page for latest update.
