Procedures for Declaration of Minor Programmes
Step 1
Identify the minor programme(s) you wish to pursue
a. Visit the Undergraduate Student Handbook
b. Search for the list of minor programmes
Step 2
Check the eligibility and course requirements of the minor programme(s)
a. Check the study scheme (Browse Programme Information);
b. Check the Student Handbook “Other Minor Programmes”
Step 4
Declare the minor programme(s) in CUSIS (System Walkthrough)
· When?
When you have registered/ nearly registered all the course requirements (Applications open from 2 October to 31 May every year).
· How many minors can one declare?
CUSIS only allows records of 3 minors at most. Please contact RES if any students need to register for the 4th minor programme.
Step 5
Check if the Department has approved your application.
If yes, your minor programme(s) are successfully declared.
